Our 2026 Summer Sweet Honey is a midsummer blend, offering a smooth, mellow sweetness that’s gentler than the bold, robust flavor of our spring Smoky Mountain Wildflower Honey. A lovely honey blend produced by the Hive Girls; part wildflower and tulip poplar, part basswood and sourwood, and as the tulip poplar bloom ages, it produces more glucose. A little bit Smoky, a little bit Sourwood. The result is an amber honey with an elegant, sweeter flavor.
