Our 2026 Smoky Mountain Wildflower Honey averaged an exceptional TA 42.3 across three independent laboratory samples, placing it in the top 1% of honeys worldwide for natural antibacterial activity. ALS Labs in New Zealand also verified our honey as 100% pure, toxin-free, and unadulterated, with no detectable pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, antibiotics, or added sugars.
