Killer Bees Honey’s impressive Total Activity (TA) score of 33.2 highlights its exceptional antibacterial and antimicrobial strength. Unlike Manuka’s UMF, which only measures non-peroxide activity, TA captures both peroxide and non-peroxide factors, providing a more complete view of honey’s natural healing and protective qualities.
We sent our honey to New Zealand this year to see if it measures up to the high TA values of the famous Manuka honey, and the results came back with amazingly high ratings signifying exceptional antimicrobial power for our own Wildflower honey.

It did however give them great access to the sourwood trees, and in turn providing amazing sourwood honey this season.
